Bagai Steel Syndicate is a well-established company in the steel industry located in Ghaziabad. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Expert to enhance our digital presence and manage various marketing operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update scripted Google Sheets for tracking marketing metrics and operational data
- Oversee WhatsApp communications with clients and team members
- Implement WhatsApp messaging through API for automated marketing campaigns
- Create innovative marketing ideas and content strategies
- Assist with HR activities including recruitment and onboarding
- Monitor staff attendance and maintain records
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain company files in Google Drive
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications
- Generate regular performance reports

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging platforms
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**:₹17,100 - ₹24,000 per month

**Schedule**:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
