**Job Title**: B2C Digital Marketing Expert
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns**: Manage and optimize cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, display networks, etc.) to maximize ROI, engagement, and sales. Create tailored strategies for each platform based on its unique audience and features.
- **SEO & SEM Expertise**: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, visibility, and traffic from search engines. Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling content that resonates with B2C audiences. Develop engaging content such as blog posts, videos, social media content, and promotional materials to support campaigns.
- **Social Media Strategy & Community Management**: Develop social media strategies that engage B2C audiences, increase brand awareness, and encourage customer interaction. Manage social media accounts, curate content, and monitor social media performance.
- **Influencer & Affiliate Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliates to expand brand reach and build trust within target consumer segments. Develop campaigns that leverage influencer marketing to generate high-impact results.
- **Customer Journey Mapping & Data-Driven Decisions**: Use customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing to map the customer journey and optimize every touchpoint. Leverage data to improve campaign performance, engagement, and sales.
- **Performance Analytics & Reporting**: Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- **Brand Positioning & Messaging**: Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all marketing touchpoints. Tailor messaging to resonate with different consumer segments and differentiate the brand in the competitive B2C landscape.
- **Budget Management & ROI**: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels. Monitor and optimize spending to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
- **Trendspotting & Innovation**: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new digital marketing techniques, channels, and tactics to stay ahead of competitors and engage consumers in innovative ways.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a strong track record in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: In-depth understanding of B2C customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting. Proven ability to create strategies that attract, convert, and retain customers.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**: Ability to collaborate with content teams to create engaging, high-quality content for different digital platforms. Experience with content marketing, copywriting, and storytelling.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other performance tracking platforms to evaluate campaign success and optimize strategies.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**: Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead generation strategies, and optimizing digital funnels to drive higher conversion rates.
- **Social Media & Community Management**: Proven success in creating and managing social media strategies that increase engagement, grow communities, and drive sales. Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- **Paid Advertising Expertise**: Strong experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels. Ability to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- **SEO/SEM Skills**: Proven expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, and paid search advertising. Ability to integrate SEO best practices into the overall digital strategy.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple digital marketing initiatives, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Creative Thinking & Innovation**: Ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of digital marketing tactics to create unique campaigns that drive engagement and results.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
