We are a 50 years old Mumbai based company in manufacturing and distribution of clamps for Auto and non auto companies in India and overseas.
**Work Location**: Vasai East

**Position Applied**: Administration Executive
**Job description**:
- Monitor and ensure sufficient stock levels of PPE.
- Maintain and keep updated employee joinee/resignation records including attendance and approved overtime records. Keep the biometric system updated by adding and deleting details of staff and workers on a regular basis.
- Verify originals, collect and maintain copies of necessary records and documents of all the plants workforce (staff, workers, operators, etc). Assist in opening of Bank accounts for new joinees whomsoever it is applicable for.
- Facilitate hospitality/ employee arrangement including general health and hygiene facilities, meals, snacks and transportation.
- Manage hospitality and utility requirement on a need basis.
- Collate check and submit all bills related to HR and admin activities to the Accounts Officer based at the plant.
- Ensure that requisite first aid/medical facilities are available at all plants.
- Ensure implementation of all HR policies.
- Generate and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) to the Reporting Manager.
- Ensure support to all colleagues as and when necessary.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the Top Management as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
