**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Program Coordinator O to join our team at rspatelca. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various programs and projects within our non-profit organization. This is a Mid-Level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and is a Full-Time employment opportunity.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- MSW preferred
- Proven experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically in program coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of NGO operations, funding mechanisms, and donor relations
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Passion for social work and making a positive impact in the community

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage various programs and projects in line with the organization's mission and objectives
- Develop program goals, objectives, and outcomes in collaboration with the program team
- Plan and implement program activities, including organizing events, workshops, and training sessions
- Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote program initiatives and build partnerships
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
