**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Sales Counsellor & Program Coordinator role located at our Surat center. He/She will be responsible for guiding parents and students towards the appropriate course offerings and coordinating a communication channel between parents and teachers. Day-to-day duties will involve managing sales operations and targets, maintaining database, coordination, inventory management, generating leads, and presenting follow-ups.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sales Counselling, preferably in the education industry. Freshers may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and database management.
- Experience with team management and leadership.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Passion for education and a commitment to guiding students towards their academic goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 54 per week
