**Role description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, triage, resolve, and close tickets in the ServiceNow queue in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and arrange repairs with vendors, OEMs, and external repair facilities as needed.
- Perform hardware and software moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for all endpoint devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring thorough follow-up until full resolution.
- Install and troubleshoot software and system-related issues across a variety of equipment.
- Identify root causes of technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions or preventive measures.
