We are looking for Desktop Support Executive to join our IT team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide system support to all our staff.
- Respond to support inquiries by phone, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
- Log new incidents, maintain and update asset information and escalate complex issues to Management
- Address endpoint security events, such as managing Malware and Anti-Virus interventions.

**Requirements & Key Skills**:

- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Server/Desktop/O365/Azure/Active Directory, and backup software.
- Strong background in an IT helpdesk environment with a track record of outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of networking principles.
- Available to join immediately

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
