We are seeking a warm, polished, and professional **Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our brand.

**Job Summary**:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle incoming calls, and support the sales team with administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome walk-in customers in a warm and courteous manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and guide them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and monitor showroom entry for security purposes.
- Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure seamless customer service.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
- Provide refreshments to guests when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in retail or luxury environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of jewellery products is an added advantage.
- **Work Schedule**:
6 days/week, 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
