**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Webvoom Pvt. Ltd. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and assisted promptly. This role involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to an organized and welcoming office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional attitude.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide basic information about the company and services to visitors.
- Handle inquiries or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
