**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting Visitors**:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
**- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
**- **Office Coordination**:Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized, and maintain office supplies inventory.
**- **Customer Service**: Address any inquiries or issues with a focus on excellent customer service and problem resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
**- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.).
**- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus.
