**Reporting Manager**:Procurement Head

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
1. Planning, Negotiating and Issuing Purchase Order for material procurement based on consumption and project requirements, to existing vendors/suppliers.

2. Maintain stock levels and create auto re-order points for regular materials.

3. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

4. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

5. Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

6. Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preference study.

7. Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

8. Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final material.

9. Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

10. Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

11. Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

12. Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

13. Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.

14. Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.

**Qualification**:
1. Graduate from any discipline

2. Computer knowledge should be a part of education or through a certified course.

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years of experiencein procurement for project materials at a medium to large scale Project Company. He/She should have operated with a PAN India vendor network for immediate procurements. Contacts with national transporters would be an advantage.

**Skills**:Person ofIntegrity /Advanced Negotiation Skills / Relationship Management / Analytical Skills / Good Communication, written and verbal / Quality Audit.

**Performance Goals**:Savings delivered through material procurement over last year, On-time supply of material at project locations, Supplier satisfaction report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
