**Reporting Manager**:Operations Head

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims
- Responsible to manage all unscheduled solar project maintenance related issues for easier operation of projects.
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities for smooth running of all sites and projects.
- Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned, to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required.
- Adhere to all maintenance SOPs and trackers to ensure zero system downtime and efficiency as per working standards.
- Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.
- Identify root cause behind every error / issue and develop corrective action and preventive measures plan within set time limits.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.

**Qualification**:
1. ITI / Diploma / B.Tech - Electrical specialization will be preferred

**Experience**:Should have completed minimum 100kW of Solar Project Installation and at least one maintenance cycle.

**Skills**:Fundamental understanding of DC and AC electrical systems /Knowledge on MS-Office (Excel, Word, PPT)/should have own bike and valid DL/ Interest in solar and renewable energy at large.

**Performance Goals**:No. of Maintenance Calls closed within time / Budget adherence / Consumer Satisfaction rating

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
