Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for the position of Solar Technician. The Solar Technician will be responsible for Manufacturing training equipment, installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems, including troubleshooting and ensuring optimal power generation. Key day-to-day tasks include inspecting solar systems, diagnosing issues, and conducting routine performance tests to ensure efficiency. Collaborating with teams and contributing to operational excellence in solar projects will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in Troubleshooting and system repairs
• Knowledge and experience in Power Generation systems
• Ability to follow technical guidelines and safety protocols during installations and maintenance
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Technical certification or a diploma in a related field (Electric/Energy Systems) is an advantage
• 2 years of experience in solar technology or a relevant industry is preferred
