We are currently seeking a **Sales Field Executive (B2B)** with at least 3 years of experience in selling Internet Leased Line (ILL) solutions to join our dynamic team.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
B2B Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, target, and develop business relationships with potential customers in the corporate and SME sectors, focusing on selling Internet Leased Line solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Visit client offices, give presentations, and demonstrate how Linkwave's ILL solutions can meet their connectivity needs.
- **
Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion**:

- Generate new leads through cold calls, client visits, networking, and by leveraging industry contacts.
- Convert leads into confirmed deals by providing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
- **
Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Execute sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution post-sales closure.
- **
Reporting & Performance Metrics**:

- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems with client information, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **
Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, specifically selling Internet Leased Line or similar connectivity solutions.
- **
Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of Internet Leased Line services, bandwidth solutions, and related telecom products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing high-value sales deals.
- Ability to build relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- **
Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A technical background is an added advantage.
- **
Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of internet infrastructure, networking, and how Internet Leased Line services operate.
- **
Mobility**:

- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork.
- **
Additional**:

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
