Secure Pay **is founded by two young entrepreneurs is a dynamic payment aggregator, providing businesses with secure and seamless payment solutions. They simplify financial transactions through cutting-edge technology, enabling faster and safer payments. As a subsidiary of Direct2Pay, they are committed to driving business growth with innovative services. Their platform integrates multiple payment options to enhance customer experiences. As part of **Secure Pay’s** expanding sales team, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their **on-field sales division**.

**Position**: On-field Sales Representative

**Educational Qualification**:12th pass or Graduate.

**Location**: Dehradun

**No. of Vacancy**: 5

**Experience**: Previous experience in sales or fieldwork is preferred but not mandatory.

**Employment Type**: Full - Time

**Salary**:20000 to 30000 per month

**Secure Pay** is hiring energetic and enthusiastic On-field Sales Representatives who will be responsible for driving sales by visiting clients, presenting their payment solutions, and closing deals. This role requires face-to-face interaction with potential clients and relationship building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell Secure Pay’s payment services.
- Conduct field visits to various businesses and organizations to present product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect feedback and market insights to help improve services and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on field activity and sales progress.

**Skills**:

- Strong English Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
