We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Field Sales Representative** to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. You’ll be responsible for on-ground lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales within your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet potential clients (individuals, corporates, groups) to pitch travel packages
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls & events
- Close sales and meet monthly targets
- Report daily progress to the Sales Manager
- Promote brand visibility locally

**Requirements**:

- Min. 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience (Travel/Hotel/Tourism preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must have a bike & smartphone
- Local language fluency + basic English
