- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- **Plant Operation**:Operating the concrete batching plant machinery, including loading, mixing, and discharging concrete.
- **Material Management**:Ensuring the proper storage and handling of aggregates, cement, and other materials.
- **Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on the plant and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- **Safety**:Following safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions that may arise during plant operation.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of concrete production and materials used.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
