**Job Title**: RMC QA/QC Executive - Crusher Plant

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 Months & Above

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and test raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures, etc.) and finished RMC products.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests to ensure compliance with IS codes and project requirements.
- Maintain daily records of tests, inspections, and quality reports.
- Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of testing equipment.
- Assist in preparing mix designs as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with plant operations to maintain consistent product quality.
- Identify non-conformance issues and take corrective measures.
- Support QA/QC manager in documentation and audits.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of QA/QC experience** in RMC / Crusher Plant operations.
- Knowledge of **IS codes, RMC standards, and quality testing procedures**.
- Hands-on experience with material testing (Slump test, Cube test, Sieve analysis, etc.).
- Proficiency in maintaining QA/QC documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely testing and reporting.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
