**Job Description: Recruiter (E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Blue-collar Hiring)**

**Note: Locals from Pune preferred.**

**Salary: - Rs. 12,000/- to 17,000/- + Personal Health Insurance.**
**Position Type: Full-time.**

**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, spanning from e-commerce and digital marketing positions to blue-collar factory roles. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and operational needs of our organization.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in recruitment, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, and factory/blue-collar environments.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce and operations talent landscape.
- Proficiency in high-volume recruiting for blue-collar/factory roles.
- Ability to balance multiple requisitions and adapt to changing business needs.

**Benefits: -**
- Weekly off on Sunday.
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM-5:30 PM. (Monday to Saturday)
- Alternate 2 Saturdays off in a Month.
- Salaries **Rs. 12,000/- to 17,000/- + Personal Health Insurance.**:
