**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
