**Position Title: Junior Recruiter.**

**Experience Level: 1-2 years.**

**Salary: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Per Month + Health Insurance.**

**Industry Background: Manufacturing and E-commerce.**

**Note: Locals Preferred.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and preparing job offers.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on manufacturing and e-commerce roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

**Benefits**:
