We are currently seeking a Jr Statistical Programmer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
- This is often a college graduate who is learning the basic principles of the role and is able to handle problems and projects under supervision.
- Problems they handle require standard solutions.
- Provides project management support to medium sized projects.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements.
- Supports some aspects of the project execution including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control and reporting.
- Supports facilitation for resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
- Supports the identification, development and quantification of corrective action plans.
- Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
- Interacts with clients acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.
- Typically requires Under Grad degree or 0-2 years relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Solid client service attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to translate between non[1]technical business users and technical IT resources.
- Knowledge of project management methodology, project management and system architecture.
- Good analytical / problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning.
- Highly organized with ability to multi[1]task, work to deadlines and deliver under pressure.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
- Relocation for International accounts may be required.
