Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team and take care of the formalities of new joinees. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with the new joinees and ensuring they receive the best onboarding experience. This position will be the primary contact point for new joinees and will be expected to provide support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new joinees.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, such as orientation, training and paperwork completion.
- Assist with the development of onboarding materials, such as orientation packets and handbooks.
- Communicate regularly with new joinees to ensure they understand all company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to new joinees throughout the onboarding process.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure new joinees have access to the resources they need.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure it is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain onboarding records and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
