We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage both recruitment and executive assistant responsibilities. The role involves hiring the right talent for our business and providing day-to-day support to the management in administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and share shortlisted profiles with management.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Executive Assistant (EA):
Manage the director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and maintain business documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for day-to-day operations.
Assist in follow-ups with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office administration.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in recruitment and/or executive assistant role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
Comfortable with follow-ups and coordination.
