Alea Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe is a premium brand specializing in modular kitchens and wardrobes. We combine style, durability, and functionality to create modern living spaces for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic female candidate to handle our showroom and walk-in customers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Showroom Executive (Female) to manage our store operations, welcome and assist walk-in customers, and provide product details confidently. Full training will be provided after joining to ensure complete product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain Alea's products and solutions.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Keep records of walk-ins, inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support in showroom displays, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Learn and upgrade product knowledge through training.

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer usage (training will be given if required).
  • Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
