We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping the company grow its customer base. You will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Pitching**: Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Client Meetings**: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle negotiations with clients, providing pricing information, and closing sales deals.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and revenue, using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to relevant departments to improve the products/services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferred).
- **Sales Skills**: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel (if required) for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
