Prospecting and lead generation: The inside sales representative is responsible for generating a list of potential customers, researching their needs and preferences, and identifying their contact details.
Sales pitch and product demonstration: The inside sales representative is expected to have a thorough understanding of the product or service they are selling and to be able to communicate its features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
Qualifying leads: The inside sales representative needs to determine which leads are most likely to make a purchase and focus their efforts on converting those leads into customers.
Closing sales: Once the inside sales representative has identified a qualified lead, they will work to close the sale, negotiating prices, and overcoming objections.
Customer relationship management: The inside sales representative will follow up with clients after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the relationship with the customer.
Reporting: The inside sales representative is responsible for reporting on their sales activities, tracking their progress towards sales goals, and identifying areas for improvement.
Continuous learning: The inside sales representative will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to remain effective in their role.
Overall, the role of an inside sales representative is to identify and convert potential customers into paying customers, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
