**Patient Intake and Triage**:
- Receive incoming calls from patients and their families.
- Accurately assess patient needs and direct them to the appropriate
department or service.
- Gather essential patient information, including medical history and insurance
details.
**Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule outpatient appointments, home care visits, and ambulance
services.
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure timely reminders.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling.
**Home Care Coordination**:
- Arrange home care services, including nursing visits, physiotherapy, and
medication delivery.
- Coordinate with home care providers to ensure timely and efficient service
delivery.
**Ambulance Services**:
- Arrange ambulance services as needed, coordinating with ambulance
providers to ensure timely pickup and transportation.
**Information and Query Handling**:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hospital services and
procedures.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the hospital's electronic
health record system.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Adhere to quality standards and protocols to ensure efficient and effective call
handling.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
