Job Title: Office Assistant and Computer Operator
Department: Administration
Reports to: Office Manager/Administrator
minimum +3 or +2 pass required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
2. Computer Operations:
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and update records.
- Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
3. Printing and Scanning:
- Operate and maintain office printers, scanners, and photocopying machines.
- Handle bulk printing and scanning tasks with attention to detail.
- Ensure proper filing of scanned documents in digital folders.
4. Document Management:
- Prepare official letters, reports, and invoices as instructed.
- Convert physical documents to digital format and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Customer Interaction:
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate staff members.
6. Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in organizing office events and training sessions.
7. Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure proper functioning of computers, printers, and scanners.
- Report technical issues to the IT team or external service providers.
8. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Support the team in daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of operating office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
