**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and manage emergencies in the delivery room.
- Oversee neonatal intensive care units (NICU) and ensure optimal treatment and care plans.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as respiratory distress, infections, congenital disorders, and other neonatal complications.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Counsel and support parents regarding neonatal health conditions, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Supervise and train NICU nursing staff, residents, and junior doctors.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with advancements in neonatal care and implement best practices.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**: MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics, followed by Fellowship/Diploma in Neonatology (FNB, DM, or equivalent).
Pay: ₹107,387.28 - ₹870,519.83 per year
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Work Location: In person
