Manage tie-ups for guest blogs, reels etc- Develop organic, content-led strategies posts, videos, carousels, regional content- Engage directly with HCPs, influencers, and niche audiences to enhance credibilityWebsite Management & SEO:- Oversee website content updates for accuracy and SEO alignment- Collaborate with developers and designers for UX and content improvementsAnalytics & Insights:- Measure digital performance across social and web platforms- Use analytics tools to refine content, community, and SEO strategiesMust-Have Skills:- Experience in organic marketing, community management, SEO and in email or Whatsapp campaigns- Prior experience in either B2B or B2C- Hands-on use of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Indian-first platforms (ShareChat, Moj etc)- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools- Strong ability to create engaging, multi-format content- Analytical and creative approach to digital engagementDonts This Role is NOT For:- Marketers focused only on paid ads or short-term results- Candidates limited to FB/Instagram- Individuals who have managed agencies rather than individual tasks (ref:iimjobs.com)
