
Territory Sales Officer

A Territory Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated geographical area or customer segment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing product information and support. TSOs also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report on sales performance. Key Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Officer:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **New Business Development**:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:Providing customers with detailed product information, pricing, and support.
- **Market Analysis**:Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- **Relationship Building**:Developing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- **Distributor Management**:Managing and optimizing the distributor network within the territory.
- **Promotional Activities**:Implementing promotional activities and strategies to drive sales and increase product visibility.
- **Problem Solving and Negotiation**:Addressing customer issues, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
- **Sales Planning**:Developing and executing sales plans to achieve objectives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Working with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Support**:Providing training and support to distributors and other sales personnel.
- **Market Feedback**:Providing feedback to the company on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Territory Sales Officer (North (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad) - Meet and exceed sales targets - Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts - Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Experience - 2.5 + yr Salary Range 35 to 40k (Depends on interview/ Experience)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
