We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests- Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliations-
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies- Prepare and analyze financial reports as required- Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations- Support other finance-related projects and tasks as needed
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a corporate accounting environment- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
