**Responsibilities**:
1. **Dialer Configuration**: Configure and maintain Cloud Server/Hosted Dialer systems, including but not limited to Asterisk, Goautodial, and Vicidial, to ensure optimal performance for Call Center and SME clients.

2. **IVR/IVRS Integration**: Implement and manage Interactive Voice Response (IVR/IVRS) systems, ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms and enhancing overall customer experience.

3. **Programming Languages**: Proficiency in PHP, Visual Basic, Perl, Java, and other relevant programming languages to develop and customize solutions for dialer and CRM functionalities.

5. **Vendor Management**: Maintain relationships with Campaign Vendors, Lead/Data Vendors, Dialer Vendors, and VoIP Vendors to address issues, optimize performance, and explore new technologies or services.

6. **Hardware Support**: Provide computer hardware support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialer configuration, preferably in a Call Center or SME segment setting.
- Proficient in programming languages such as PHP, Visual Basic, Perl, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Apache, and MySQL for system administration.
- Experience in managing IVR/IVRS systems and CRM integration.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

**Salary**: ₹11,573.04 - ₹15,779.83 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
