**Minimum of 2 years of working experience in and as a BPO IT executive. Should have hands on experience in Dialer handling.**

**Should have the below mentioned skills.....**
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts such as IP addressing, sub netting, routing, and switching
- Knowledge of basic network devices, including routers, switches, hubs, and access points
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve common network issues like connectivity problems, slow performance, and intermittent outages
- Desktop support on both Hardware and software level 1 & 2.
- Experience in deploying and configuring new hardware and software. Update and Patch Management
- Monitoring and maintenance of Software patch management with latest patches & updates.
- Knowledge on both in premises and remote support via, RDP, anydesk and other remote access tools.
- Knowledge of managing user accounts, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.
- Understanding and configuring Group Policies for system and user management.
- Understanding of telephony concepts and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies, as many modern dialer systems use VoIP for communication. ( Knowledge on Noble / VICI dialer will be an added advantages)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to dialer systems, including connectivity problems, software glitches, and performance issues
- Ability to configure and maintain dialer systems, including setting up campaigns, managing call lists, and optimizing dialer settings for efficiency
- Should be ready to work on 24x7 rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
