Looking for Receptionist Cum Telle caller.

Working experience in Hospital/Clinic is mandatory.

Proficiency in Hindi, English and Telugu.

**Tele calling Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to leads generated from Facebook ads, pages, or posts. Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their interest, healthcare needs, and urgency.
- Schedule appointments for Online consultations or hospital visits based on the lead's interest.
- Coordinate with hospital departments and patient care teams for smooth appointment handling.
- Maintain and update lead information. Track the progress of each lead, noting successful appointments or future follow-up needs.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads who show interest but haven't booked an appointment.
- Address concerns, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- Work closely with the hospital’s marketing and patient relations teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads generated through Facebook.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads converted, and appointments scheduled.

**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Greeting visitors, patients, or clients as they arrive at the hospital or clinic.
- Keeping track of patient appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Maintaining patient files, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Directing patients to the correct department or providing necessary information.

**Required Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, English & Telugu.

Basic knowledge of healthcare services and patient needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
