We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Specialist** to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by achieving sales targets. As a part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
- Explain product features and benefits, addressing any queries to guide customer decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the role.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights.

**Requirements**:

- ** Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior internship experience in sales or marketing (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
