**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in company offerings.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Conduct effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar sales role is a plus (freshers welcome).
- Strong phone presence and experience in handling multiple calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
