**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
- **Proactive Engagement**: Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance, share updates, and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve client issues and complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Service Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements in processes and services based on client feedback and best practices.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of empathy and patience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s services.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,112.53 per month
