**Summary**

necessary.

2) Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of collection activities,

documenting customer interactions, and preparing regular reports on collection efforts,

outstanding balances, and collection performance.

3) Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and

finance, to address customer concerns, resolve disputes, and improve the overall collections

process.

4) Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries,

resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns related to outstanding payments.

5) Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and company

policies.

**Required Competencies**

Excellent Communication Skills

Knowledge of Equities Market added advantage.

Negotiation Skills

Excellent Data Management Skills

Good with MS office.

Having track record of Target Achievement in the range of 90 - 95%

Academic Profile - B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Work Experience - 3 to 4 years (with Corporates)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
