Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of various administrative tasks, including event coordination, employee engagement, and logístical support
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute logistics for offsite meetings and events, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Book flight tickets and manage travel itineraries for employees, ensuring compliance with Twimbit's travel policies.
- Prepare and distribute travel vouchers and necessary travel documentation.
- Coordinate the arrangement of birthday cakes and distribution of gift vouchers for employee celebrations.
- Assemble and distribute employee kits for new hires and special occasions, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Review and process employee claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Twimbit's policies.
- Manage subscription invoices, ensuring timely payments and renewals to maintain uninterrupted services.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and administrative activities.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Support the team in organizing and executing webinars, workshops, and other virtual events.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and newsletters.
- Collaborate with teams to support employee engagement initiatives
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-equipped and maintained.
- Provide support in data entry and management for various projects and reports.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of Twimbit.
**Requirements**:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English and Hindi (Verbal & Written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
