**Job Description**:
**Office-based in Bengaluru, India**
You will think fast, be great at juggling various activities and act as the voice and the face of the company. You will ensure that our clients, colleagues, vendors and visitors feel that they are in good hands.
**You will**:
- Liaise with vendors, landlords and company support services and departments on various matters pertaining to office management
- Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities services
- Maintain inventory of company capital assets
- Receive and route all incoming calls, visitors, couriers, organize meetings
- Support business travel arrangements
- Act as a communication point for vendors, company support services, landlords
- Organize & prepare business trips
- Log and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain employees calendars of holidays
- Prepare various reports
- Provide basic maintenance of office equipment
- Provide secretarial support, photocopying, shredding
- Prepare expense reports for Clients (OOP reports)
- Keep records of backup documents for Clients
- Supervise the flow of finance documents
**Qualifications**:
- Previous administrative experience and experience in an international company is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, take initiative and act proactively
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
