Our client is a new spice manufactring company based in Noida, ready to hit the market.

They are looking for a passionate sales officer who can drive the sales across Aligarh locatoin.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Distributor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring product availability, timely deliveries, and effective merchandising.
- **Sales Growth**: Drive sales growth in assigned regions by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
- **Market Penetration**: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the product reach in the general trade segment.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a consistent flow of orders.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on general trade and distributor handling.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
