Roles and Responsibilities:Handling a team of field officers, periodically reviewing their performances.
- Manage sales and distribution through the cross and open market channels.Manage and grow the direct sales team and focus on increasing productivity.Meeting clients and explaining various products of unsecured loans.Responsible for end to end processing of cases and updating the status to customers.Monitor the performance and daily schedule of assigned field officers.Relationship building by continuously interacting with prospective clients.Provide daily, weekly and monthly MIS report on sales.Building strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting.Ensuring process & documentation compliance, agreement execution & credit approval.Assign targets to the team members and ensure target achievement.Training, Demonstrating and presenting product details to the team.Coordinate with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new products, services and distribution channels.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
