**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dedicated and proactive **Field Officers** to join our team for two locations in **Ghaziabad (Vasundhara and Raj Nagar)**. The Field Officer will be responsible for field operations, customer engagement, data collection, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks at the ground level. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to assigned areas (Vasundhara and Raj Nagar) to oversee and monitor operations.
- Engage with customers, clients, or stakeholders to collect necessary data and provide assistance as needed.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and other research activities to gather relevant information.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports, including field reports and status updates.
- Resolve any on-ground issues, address customer concerns, and escalate matters to the relevant teams when required.
- Promote company services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of processes and policies at the field level.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all field activities, customer interactions, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines while performing fieldwork.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators as per company guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Field Officer or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with traveling within assigned locations (Vasundhara and Raj Nagar).
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred (if required for the role).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with the local area in Ghaziabad (Vasundhara and Raj Nagar).
- Experience in handling field-based operations or customer service.
- Ability to adapt to new technology or tools for data collection and reporting.
