**Position**: Customer Service Representative (US Voice Process)
**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore
**Mode**: Work from Office, Full time, Rotational shifts, Sunday-Thursday (Fri. & Sat. Off)

We are actively seeking skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

**Preference**: Immediate joiners
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information
- Assist customers with order placement, product selection, and technical support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, good communication & listening skills
- Prior experience in U.S. Voice Process BPO/U.S. customer service/Call center role
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, good ethics & attitude towards work; empathy, helpful demeanor, supportive towards customers.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in night/rotational shifts
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
