International BPO Hiring – Voice, Technical & Sales Roles at 24/7.aiRole: Call Center Associate – POS (Printer) Software & Store Application SupportLocation: Bangalore (Kadubeesanahalli) | Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Timings:

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IS

T2:00 AM – 11:00 AM IST

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Rotational weekend shifts)

About the Role:

Join 's technical support team to assist store associates across the U.S. with Printer and POS software support. You'll handle real-time troubleshooting of POS systems, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and store application issues in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice, email, and chat support for POS and printer-related issues

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for printers, tablets, and scanners

Guide store staff with step-by-step resolutions

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level tech support

Maintain documentation via CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Meet SLAs and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BCA, BSc, or equivalent)

2–5 years of call center/technical support experience

Strong verbal and written communication (U.S. accent understanding required)

Experience with printer support (thermal/receipt printers)

Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus

Basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skills

Multilingual (French/Spanish) is an added advantage
