Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience into International Voice process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Undergraduates can apply.
  • Immediate joiners only.
  • Candidates in Bangalore are preferred.

Job summary:

As an International Voice Support Representative, you will engage with global customers primarily from US, via inbound calls. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from international clients, addressing queries and providing information.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, often during the first interaction.
  • Product/Service Support: Provide information about products or services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing white glove service and having the ability to provide an overall excellent customer experience
  • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times

Shifts: Us Shifts (5 days working & 2 days rotational week off)

Salary: Up to 4.8LPA
