**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator - Accounts Department

**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal
**Department**: Accounts & Finance

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience, qualification)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update accounting data into Tally / ERP / Excel systems accurately.
- Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related queries.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Support the accounts team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, **Tally ERP**, or other accounting software.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting entries.
- Experience working in a finance or accounts department.
- Familiarity with office administration tasks.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
