**Data Entry Operator (1 Year Experienced)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various documents for data entry and ensure they are organized and sorted correctly.
- Enter data from source documents into computer files using keyboards, optical scanners, or data recorders.
- Check data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
- Manage and organize filing systems, perform regular data backups, and ensure data security.
- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
- Perform additional office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree in any field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ms excel, word, spreadsheets, and other database software.
- Fluent in English with mid-level proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Shift**:
Fixed day shift - Monday-Saturday 10 am
- 7 pm. (Sunday Off)
